These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gate Core Automation website and your request for our services. By using this site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request service.
Gate Core Automation provides automatic gate repair, gate motor and opener service and installation, access control and intercom systems, and scheduled maintenance for residential, commercial, and HOA properties across Broward & Palm Beach Counties, Florida. Specific work is defined by the agreement, estimate, or scope discussed for each job.
Prices, calculator results, and quotes shown on this website or provided before an on-site assessment are estimates only and are not guarantees. Final pricing is confirmed after we inspect the gate, system, or property and depends on actual conditions, parts, labor, and access. We'll confirm pricing with you before performing work. Estimates may expire or change if conditions differ from what was described.
We make every effort to respond promptly and to arrive within scheduled windows, but timing can be affected by weather, traffic, parts availability, and prior jobs. Access to the gate, operator, electrical supply, and work area must be provided so we can complete the work safely.
Payment is due as agreed for the services performed. Unless otherwise stated in writing, charges reflect the work completed, parts used, and any agreed service or trip fees.
We stand behind our work. Any warranty on labor or parts is limited to what is stated for a given job and may not cover misuse, accidents, weather or surge damage, pre-existing conditions, third-party modifications, or normal wear. Manufacturer warranties, where they apply, are provided by the manufacturer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gate Core Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
This site is provided "as is" for general information. We may update content, services, and pricing at any time without notice. Information here does not create a contract or a guarantee of availability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward or Palm Beach County, Florida.
